Refunds & Returns Policy
At Coast Crafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your quirky finds.We pride ourselves on a fair and transparent return process. In accordance with consumer protection standards, we offer an extended 30-day return window for all online purchases.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: Must be in the original, unopened packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or digital receipt.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, hygiene, and the unique nature of our boutique inventory, the following items cannot be returned:
- Blind Boxes/Mystery Items: Once opened, these are final sale.
- Hygiene Items: Earrings or intimate jewelry.
- Plush Toys: Only returnable if original tags are still attached.
- Perishables: Food items (e.g., Nebraska popcorn) are non-returnable.
- Clearance: Items marked as “Final Sale.”
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To ensure your return is processed quickly at our shop, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: Contact info@coastcrafts.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Review: For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos of the product and the shipping box.
- Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Note: Returns sent to our Howard St address without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
4. FEES & REFUNDS
- $0 Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns.

Shipping Costs: * Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Our Error/Damaged Item: City Limits will provide a prepaid shipping label or cover the full cost of the return.
- Processing Time: Once your return is inspected at our Omaha boutique, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken ceramics), please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
