1. SHIPPING RATES & SERVICE AREA
We currently ship exclusively within the Canada.

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders.
Flat Rate Shipping: A fee of $0 applies to all orders.
No Hidden Fees: We do not charge handling or surprise processing fees. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & CUT-OFF TIME
We operate 7 days a week to get your gifts on their way as fast as possible.

Order Cut-Off Time: 7:00 PM (Central Time).
Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Day.
Dispatch Schedule: Orders placed before 7:00 PM CT are typically prepared and ready for carrier pickup by the next business morning.

3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once your order has been handed over to our carriers (UPS, or FedEx), the estimated timelines are:

Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days.
Total Estimated Delivery: 4 – 7 Business Days.
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier delays outside of our control.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERIES
Incorrect Address: Please ensure all details are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.
